Whenever I hear the term 'dubious training methods' my ears prick up. It's even better when it's something sporting as inevitably somebody ends up naked and that has me very interested indeed. Take for instance the tales of the naked Springboks at Camp Steel Wire (could it get MORE pornesque ??) Anyway here is some footage of some very dubious training methods where the swimmers end up naked in training....obviously :-)
